Technical Product Manager - Core Services
In the dynamic landscape of On, Core Services play a crucial role in powering our business growth and operations. We are enhancing our technology landscape to accelerate the growth of On, helping to ignite the human spirit through movement.
You will be part of a talented and diverse team of product managers and software engineers, building out services and streaming platforms that standardise, enrich, and propagate the digital representation of our physical products to all internal consumers. Working closely with stakeholders and functional leads, you will develop a deep understanding of our business processes, strategic and tactical goals, and work with our Core Services engineering team to build and deliver the roadmap.
- Contribute to the setup and long term vision of the Core Services team, building and delivering on the strategy for driving efficiencies through technology
- Discover your stakeholders' struggles, embrace their challenges as your own, and harness technology to create solutions
- Filter out the noise, zeroing in on the opportunities that promise to make a real difference, and prioritise accordingly.
- Be an advocate for technology and promote the benefits of an Event Driven Architecture across the business
- Define metrics and key results which align with company strategic goals, and work with Technology leaders and cross functional engineering teams to deliver and track progress for quarterly planning
