The energy industry is evolving dynamically and innovatively, requiring diverse solutions and applications to support our transformation into a market-leading provider of sustainable energy solutions. In this role, you will take on responsibility throughout the entire application lifecycle, including evaluation, implementation, adoption, operation, and continuous development of those applications with business stakeholders across the group.
- Analyze business and technical issues & requirements, drive technical implementation in your applications, and support related changes in interfacing systems.
- Manage the design, configuration, acceptance tests, and maintenance of the applications.
- Teach employees how to use the software applications.
- Manage access to your applications according to our security policies.
- Automate the administration of applications, including user management.
- Manage and prioritize product backlogs in continuous alignment with business stakeholders and external implementation partners.
- Contribute to the vision and roadmap of the applications in scope.
- Contribute to the negotiation of product pricing, service level agreements, and contracts with vendors.
- University degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Facility Management, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of proven experience in managing IT applications, with a focus on Facility Management systems (e.g., Workplace Service Delivery, Computer-Aided Facility Management, building access management).
- Strong understanding of Facility Management processes and technology.
- Knowledge of web technologies and cloud platforms.
- Expertise in integrating applications, including interfaces into an existing application landscape.
- Knowledge of the software development lifecycle and vendor management.
- Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- High service orientation combined with a confident and professional demeanor towards external and internal customers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
- Fluent in German and English.
