Your tasks:
Lead and manage the End User Services Team, providing guidance, mentoring, and performance feedback to team members overseeing the day-to-day operations of the team.
Establish and maintain collaborative relationships across IT multiple teams in a matrix managed environment to ensure the prompt resolution of technical issues
Manage third parties, ensuring they are delivering services in line with Schroders’ expectations and contractual obligations
Maintain hardware asset management database for supported offices in accordance with the global process, including stock management and disposal of assets.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize IT service requirements, ensuring alignment with business needs and objectives.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and business units to understand their technology needs and requirements.
Act as a liaison between the IT department and end users, ensuring effective communication and managing expectations.
Collaborate with vendors and external service providers to ensure seamless delivery of IT services and support.
Monitor and report on the performance of IT services, analysing trends, identifying areas for improvement, and recommending corrective actions implementing service improvement plans as required.

Technical Skills:
ServiceNow, Windows OS, Microsoft 365, SCCM, Intune, AAD, AD, Windows 365, Bomgar, Citrix, Systrack, Azure, MDM, Hardware Asset Management
Required:
Degree in Information Technology or a related field: A bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a similar discipline can provide a strong foundation in computer systems, networks, and software development. This degree can help you develop a solid understanding of technology principles and concepts.
Excellent time management and prioritization skills with a pro-active approach to tasks
Ability to operate under pressure, in a logical manner enabling consistent delivery to demanding deadlines.
Team player with experience working in a matrix managed environment.
