Teamlead Data Science & Analytics (f/m/d)

Your responsibilities

• You will guide a dedicated data team of 4-6 people, fostering their growth and shaping our organization's future in the field of customer operations.
• Your hands-on approach will be crucial in collaborating with product owners and stakeholders, driving conception and development.
• With a keen technical understanding, you navigate through complex interrelationships, support your team and derive suitable solutions.
• More and more decisions are based on our data from chat conversations, tickets, service cases, returned products and many more. You will ensure that we continue to have the right data in the right form in the future.
• You are looking for a challenge to strike the perfect balance between sustainable architecture and speed in development within your team.

Your skills

• We're looking for someone who has spent a good few years (2-5 to be exact) in the exciting world of Data Science, Data Engineering or ML Engineering. Maybe you've been crunching numbers, decoding data, or creating AI models that amaze your colleagues.
• We need a leader. Not just any leader, but someone who genuinely cares about their team members and customers. We're talking about the kind of person who can inspire and motivate a team to go above and beyond for the people they serve.
• Trust is a big deal for us. We're after someone who embodies reliability and consistency in their actions. We want someone who can be the rock that their team can lean on when the going gets tough.
• You'll need to have a solid understanding of SQL, Python, and ML. But we're particularly interested in those who've dabbled in LLM, RAG, and Process Mining.
• Our company is a global one, so knowledge of English is important. But if you can understand or communicate in German as well, that's a big plus. We love people who can bridge cultures and languages.
