Teamhead Regulatory Trade & Transaction Reporting 100% (a)

Responsibilities:

  • Take full end-to-end responsibility for the Bank's Regulatory Transaction Reporting setup, manage and lead the respective Competence Center
  • Perform the daily reporting and exceptions management in a timely and accurate manner to meet the group’s obligations
  • Further enhance the control framework around existing transaction reporting processes and controls, including reconciliation
  • Transform updates of service providers and regulators e.g. regarding interface and content specifications into IT specifications and coordinate testing and implementation
  • Continuously improve the transaction reporting setup by working with the Front, Trading, Operations, IT and other stakeholders
  • Provide SME support and contribute to regulatory change projects and related testing activities. Take ownership for the FMI topic in the Regulatory Monitoring working group
  • Respond to transaction reporting related queries from regulators and manage respective audits and supervisory reviews.

Requirements:

  • University degree in the area of Finance, Business, IT or Engineering. CFA is an advantage
  • Minimum of 15 years of professional experience in the capital markets industry; minimum of 5 years of professional experience in the field of regulatory transaction reporting
  • Strong trading and product know how of financial instruments including derivatives is essential
  • Profound understanding of FMIA, EMIR, MIFIR and SFTR is a must
  • Hands-on, get things done attitude; team player with very good social skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel (VBA preferred) to analyze high volumes of data. Avaloq know-how is an advantage
  • Fluent in English, German is an advantage; very good communication and presentation skills
