Your role

Leading a team of 2 people, you will play a crucial role in defining and adjusting the pricing strategy for customers. Additionally, you will also be responsible for the development and tracking of the company's transformation projects. Together with your team, it will be your task to coordinate four key areas of the Pricing department:

• You ensure the daily management and monitoring of all activities related to pricing at BMS.
• You participate in the development and implementation of pricing strategy transformations to ensure the success of the customer journey (definition, implementation, and follow-up...).
• You propose, implement, and coordinate pricing measures within the framework of the company's transformation processes.
• You monitor and secure the follow-up of all initiated measures using performance indicators.
• You define and control the department's budget together with the department head.

As a Team Leader, your role involves:

• Ensuring structured and regular leadership (one-on-one meetings, monthly meetings, ad-hoc discussions, etc.).
• Defining the roles and responsibilities within your team.
• Developing the skills of your team members and supporting them in their development.
• Fostering a team culture through initiatives, actions, and a mindset characterized by inspiring leadership.

Your profile

• You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Analysis or an equivalent recognized qualification - experience in sales is preferred.
• You have at least 5 years of experience in a department with similar responsibilities and, ideally, experience in the construction industry or an affinity for this field.
• You are fluent in English (required) and have German or French as your native language (communication with the BME headquarters in the Netherlands).
• You work in a structured and goal-oriented manner.
• You have the ability to defuse complex situations and possess genuine leadership skills.
• You act with great diplomacy and can unite a team.
• You can set priorities, even in stressful situations.
• You are willing to travel in Switzerland 20-40% of the time, with occasional overnight stays away from home.
