Team lead R&D - Mechanics
For one of our clients in the Defense industry are we looking for an experienced Agile Team leader. With a background in Mechanics, and experience in working with R&D teams, and a basic knowledge of Optics, Measurement, and Electro. This client is than looking for you in the role of:
- Management of an international Agile team, existing out of internal and external members
- Coaching of team, and team members individual
- Being part, and optimization of the development processes
- Being part of international cross-functional Tech, and Development projects
- Close collaboration with departments (intern and extern)
- Responsible, and support the R&D strategy
- MSc. Mechanical Engineering or similar
- First management experience of R&D Teams
- 5+ years of working experience.
- Knowledge in materials, and manufacturing
- Basic knowledge of Physics (optics), Electrical Schemes, and Measurement systems
- Languages: German (fluent) & English (Good command)
- Home-Office: 2 days a week
- Traveling: To be discussed
- Percentage: 100%
- Location: Ostschweiz
- Start: To be discussed
