Team Administrator Apprentice
About the Role:
The Team Administrator for Technology will ensure the smooth running of the department on a daily basis, including but not limited to:
- Dealing with ad-hoc requests, ordering supplies, and processing invoices in Workday.
- Arranging client meetings, organising rooms and refreshments.
- Assist in scheduling internal and external meetings and interviews, meeting rooms and VC when needed, collating meeting packs.
- Arrange travel for team members including air, rail, car service, hotel and conference registrations, preparing detailed travel agendas.
- On-site support for events, coverage during holidays and times of absence to ensure uninterrupted flow of operations.

About the Apprenticeship:
The Apprentice will be studying the Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship alongside City Gateway and will be given full support in achieving the qualification.
Please note this is a fixed-term apprenticeship role offered as part of Man Group’s School Leaver Programme, targeting motivated students aged 17-23, there may be the potential to move into a full-time role following the completion of the programme.
We are unfortunately unable to sponsor visas for this programme or provide this opportunity to individuals who already have a similar qualification at a higher level than the apprenticeship associated with this programme.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Ability to multi-task and adapt to shifting priorities.
- Attention to detail, speed, accuracy and ability to pick things up quickly.
- Enthusiastic and robust team-player - willing to be flexible to the requirements of the team.
- Excellent English and communication skills.
- Assertive, reliable, and resourceful
