Join our dynamic team at Sunrise as our Talent & Performance Lead! In this exciting role, you will spearhead our talent and performance management, integrating skills management to pave the way for future growth. You'll develop strategic processes for critical roles, initiate succession planning, and collaborate with key stakeholders to drive impactful talent and performance initiatives. Be a part of fostering engagement, professional development, and organizational growth at Sunrise!

Tasks:
  • Lead the established talent and performance management process, integrating skills management for 2025, and make refinements as necessary
  • Manage performance reviews, ensuring timely and accurate execution, and track completion status
  • Develop processes to identify and manage critical roles, initiating succession planning
  • Enable the People Business Partner to conduct regular talent and performance reviews, including year-end calibration meetings
  • Oversee the Sunrise Early Careers Programs, including Rising Stars, Internship, and Graduate programs. This involves managing the graduate selection process, building the community, and finalizing the Internship Program
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders, such as People Business Partners, the rewards team, business leaders, employees, and executives, to drive talent and performance initiatives, offering guidance and support
  • Utilize Excel and Workday for data analysis, report generation, and insights to inform decision-making
  • Create engaging presentations with PowerPoint to communicate strategies and progress to stakeholders
Requirements:
  • A degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or a related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of implementing advanced talent and performance programs
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to connect the dots
  • Project management skills within complex organizational structure.
  • Tech-savvy with experience in Workday or similar systems
  • Excellent communication and Stakeholders Management skills
  • A strong team player who values collaboration and co-creation, with a hands-on approach
  • Fluency in German and English
