Talent Acquisition Specialist (m/f/d)
- Collaborate with contingent workforce managers to understand specific contingent staffing requirements
- Utilize various sourcing channels such as job boards, social media, freelance platforms, and staffing agencies to find suitable candidates
- Screen and evaluate resumes and applications to identify qualified contingent workers
- Conduct initial interviews and assessments to determine candidate suitability
- Maintain and update a database of potential contingent workers for future opportunities
- Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and feedback
- Track and report sourcing metrics and effectiveness of different sourcing channels
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in recruitment or sourcing preferably for contingent workers, staff leasing
- Understanding of various sourcing techniques and tools
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Understanding of contingent workforce trends and best practices
- Profound knowledge of pharmaceutical industry and related roles
- Proficiency in English and German
- Proficiency in HRIS and other workforce management tools
