We are searching for the best talent for Senior Project Technician to be in Ciudad Juarez, Mexico.
Purpose:
Under minimum supervision, works on complex-by nature assignments, which require criteria, initiative and problem-solving abilities, such as operation analysis, support in the balancing of lines, processes standardization, lean manufacturing audits, among others.
You will be responsible for:
- Trains group associates in department initiative
- Prepare protocols and completion reports of routine evaluation and validations as needed by ME department.
- Provides information of the advance of projects of activities to the area or project leaders
- Perform testing of evaluation materials throughout the processes present in Juarez
- Record, analyze, interpret and report on data gathered in connection with a given qualification or validation.
- Write and document procedures for test methods, make changes to existing documents and process
- Develops graphs, charts, schemes, drawings and presentations
- Develops and supports the development of training material
- Other responsibilities may be assigned and not all responsibilities listed may be assigned
- Responsible for ensuring personal and Company compliance with all Federal, State, local and Company regulations, policies, and procedures in regard of Environment, Health and Safety.
- Responsible for communicating business related issues or opportunities to next management level
- Responsible for ensuring subordinates follow all Company guidelines related to Health, Safety and Environmental practices and that all resources needed to do so are available and in good condition
- Performs other duties assigned, as needed.
