We are looking for a System & Process Management Professional (100%) for a permanent position in our Customer Service team. The talent we are looking for will oversee and coordinate various projects in the fields of IT System integrations and service operations processes as well as manage our local online repair registration platform. You will be in close communication with Samsung's service network partners and cross-functional teams and stakeholders addressing issues, proposing technology solutions and aiming at constantly improving operational efficiency.

Your tasks, you…
  • manage the strategic and operational aspects of the local online repair registration platform, including any changes resulting from local or HQ decisions
  • manage projects for local or HQ initiatives to improve customer service processes and operations, including project planning, support, UAT, system monitoring and maintenance
  • acquire in-depth knowledge of Samsung's internal systems and apply this knowledge to facilitate efficient communication between Samsung service centers and third-party vendors
  • coordinate and manage systems integration projects, ensuring that testing, validation and quality assurance meet performance, quality standards and business objectives
  • apply knowledge of computer and information security to ensure secure data integration
  • proactively communicate with internal and external stakeholders, including CS team members, service network partners, and headquarters to improve operational efficiency and streamline workflows
  • improve operational efficiency by modelling operational and system processes to adapt to changes in business structure and provide training to external and internal stakeholders
  • ensure that all service processes are internally aligned, documented and standardized within the SAP Signavio SaaS BPMS, while overseeing its administration and maintenance
Your profile, you…
  • have a university degree in the fields of Business Administration, IT or similar
  • have a few years of work experience in a similar position
  • have strong project management skills using agile methodologies
  • ideally have business process management experience
  • ideally have experience of supporting software integration
  • have a broad understanding of system architecture and software principles and practices
  • have excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and understanding of data base systems
  • are fluent in English, German and/or Korean are nice to have
  • have a pronounced "hands-on mentality" and count analytical thinking among your strengths
  • are a team player and communicator and have experience in an international environment
  • have a professional appearance, very good communication skills, and an accurate working style
