For our client, leader in its field, is currently looking for a Supply chain planner.
RESPONSABILITIES
Plans and coordinates the production of finished goods and intermediates at the CMOs
Monitors available stock on-hand to avoid out of stocks / write-offs due to expiration; ensures target inventory levels are maintained
Creates,maintains & ensures execution of purchase orders to CMOs
Communicates planning issues or delays to appropriate functions as required through scheduled changes, operations meetings and direct contact as required
Manages change controls and deviations related to selected products
Investigates and resolves discrepancies in invoices, inventories and master data as appropriate
Monitors market forecast and investigates deviations regarding forecasts/sales
Analyzes supply chain performance metrics, identifies areas for improvement, and makes recommendations to enhance processes and drive efficiency, reduce costs, and improve internal customer satisfaction
Contributes to the implementation of visual management for KPIs in the department
Plays a key role in the use and improvement of the global ERP system
Provides general support to the supply chain operations in Europe, US and Japan
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business discipline; Master's degree preferred
3 to 5 years of experience in supply chain ideally in various disciplines including planning, inventory control and logistics management, ideally in various industries
Experience in working with SAP
Strong IT knowledge; Power BI knowledge a plus
Proficiency in usual Microsoft applications especially Excel
Experience in lean management such as 6 sigma, continuous improvement or waste reduction is a plus
English fluency written and spoken (the company language); other European languages a plus
