Scintilla AG is responsible for the global development, manufacturing, marketing and coordination of distribution of accessories for power tools for the trades, for industrial applications and for DIY.

Job Description

Global Process owner and expert: As the process owner for global rough planning of production and procurement volumes, and the process expert for raw material and buyout product procurement, you will ensure seamless integration and efficiency in the Power Tools Accessories business unit.

Logistics Optimization: Design and enhance logistics processes across the entire supply chain, with a strong focus on manufacturing (make) efficiencies and innovation.

Tool and System Management: Act as the key user and expert for our Inventory Management (addONE) and ERP systems, developing and introducing dynamic dashboards to visualize demand and capacity for suppliers and production plants.

Performance & S&OP Enhancer: You will develop and implement standardized performance meetings with enhanced dashboards for KPI coordination and control, support S&OP process improvements through cross-functional collaboration and digital integration, and document and train these processes for the entire Accessories Business unit.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Informatics, Economics, or in Supply Chain Management/Operations.

Knowledge: Professional experience in Supply Chain, preferably in production logisticsExceptional analytical skills with a strong affinity for Big Data analysis and visualization.Proficient in MS Office, ERP systems, and database/dashboard tools (e.g., PowerBI).

Personality and way of working: Takes initiative and works independently with an entrepreneurial spiritExcellent communication skills and assertiveness.

Language: Fluent in English; German is a plus.
