Strategy Leader, Group Digital - INGKA Group (internal title: Strategy Specialist)

In this role, you will be exposed to a wide variety of assignments, spanning from the development of Ingka-wide strategies to driving high-weight assignments of a strategic or tactical nature, to delivering to-the-point board presentations.
To be successful in this role, we believe that you:
• Have a background in management consulting in larger corporations.
• Have a university degree in business administration/finance, engineering or similar.
• Have a Project management background, including change management.
• Is a wizard in building a storyline and creating powerful presentations.
• Are prestigeless and can draft and structure content to help leaders make decisions.
• Have an analytical mindset and the ability to pick numbers like raisins in a cake. You use a data-driven approach, day-to-day and in making strategic trade-offs.
• You have a good savviness in finance
• Enjoy working with a wide group of stakeholders, time horizons and assignments.
• Have great written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and communicate with senior leaders as well as the many co-workers.
• You have a good understanding of competencies and capabilities essential for large digital organizations.
• You have some experience and understanding of Retail.
As a person you know how to work towards short deadlines in a rapidly changing environment and deliver with attention to both details and the broader picture. You have experience in working with strategy projects, change management and preparing presentations with the ability to structure, plan and build up strong narratives. You know how to direct effort in achieving long-term business objectives, stimulate creative ideas and perspectives that add value.
Your responsibilities
As a Strategy Leader, you’re the mind behind strategic discussions and development, crafting compelling cases and dynamic presentations and workshop material. You'll be the go-to person for strategic topics, evaluating initiatives and delivering insights directly to senior leaders, including those in Digital Management at Ingka.
You will:
• Work independently to drive strategic projects, across Ingka or for a given area, including end to end ownership of workshop facilitation, presentation, and communication material.
• Lead development of material to core Ingka governance bodies on behalf of Digital, including gathering and restricting input from multiple contributors to a cohesive story.
• Run strategically relevant initiatives in collaboration with the Strategy Manager.
In this role you will report to the Strategy Manager, which is part of Strategy & Operations within Group Digital. Strategy & Operations are assigned to ensure that we go from strategy to execution across Group Digital through harmonized ways of working to become even more efficient and consistent. This means e.g. to lead strategy development and strategic initiatives across Group Digital.

You will be reporting to Caroline Gertzell, Strategy Manager, Ingka Digital.
The role is based in Hubhult, Malmö, Sweden. Our team is spread across locations, and we try to meet face-to-face a few times a year. As you will work with a broad stakeholder base, you will likely work in the office a few days a week and remotely for the rest of the time – but the office is always open of course!
