Strategic Workforce Planning Consultant


Strategic Workforce Planning Consultant - vacancy for our Zurich based client in the Insurance & Re-insurance sector.

Your tasks:

  • Shaping the design, development, and scaling of a strategic workforce planning practice to optimize implementation and solution requirements
  • Delivering specific workforce planning products, such as demand planning processes and location analysis
  • Acting as an advisor and subject matter expert for business transformations, collaborating with business leaders and HR partners
  • Defining future roles and skills, analyzing workforce data, and forecasting headcount and people demand
  • Conducting scenario modeling, talent availability assessments, and location analysis
  • Translating data insights into actionable people strategies and initiatives



Your experience/knowledge:

  • Experience in Strategic Workforce Planning or in a consultancy role
  • Proven experience in project management, change leadership, and agile methodologies
  • Expertise in creating impactful presentations and narratives for senior leadership, including data synthesis to extract key insights and metrics
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively influence and engage senior-level stakeholders
  • Language skills: English - fluent verbally and in written
