The Strategic Insight & Analytics co-ops are responsible for supporting automated performance dashboards, m anagement reports and execution of ad hoc analyses across the J ohnson and Johnson Neuroscience P ortfolio of products. This position will support the Neuroscience sales and marketing as well as the Strategic Insights & Analytics teams through the accurate and timely synthesis and delivery of multiple secondary dat a. Additionally, this position will play a critical role in maintaining the integrity of the data through collaborations (with internal and external partners), data investigations, and adherence to strict Q uality C ontrol ( QC) processes.

The Co-op Program is a six-month program focused on providing college students with an immersive and practical business experience. It allows students to develop leadership, technical, and communication skills as well as broaden their understanding of the concepts learned in the classroom by implementing them with the Johnson & Johnson data analytics team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze secondary data sources to address and answer specific business questions and problems as they arise (ad hoc analysis)
- Create, refresh, p rocess and analyze performance trends through automated dashboards
- Collaborate with key internal and external partners on national and subnational reporting data results( deliverables)

- Leverage extensive data to conduct analyses that offer key insights and address critical business questions, driving strategic decisions.
- Support market research projects as needed
