QC Specialist - GxP/Laboratory environment/Quality control/German/English
Project: For our customer Roche Diagnostics International AG based in Rotkreuz we are looking for a QC Specialist (m/f/d).
Background: Roche Diagnostics Sensor & Cartridge (S&C) Operations Rotkreuz consists of the experts in the manufacture and testing of electrochemical electrodes, thick-film sensor cartridges and calibration and cleaning fluids for blood gas analysis devices and supports point-of-care customers in the monitoring and treatment of patients in intensive care. As a Quality Control (QC) Specialist (m/f/d) you support the testing and release process of the reagents and are involved in improving the associated process specifications and work instructions. The perfect candidate has completed vocational training in a (chemical) laboratory environment and has initial professional experience in a laboratory in compliance with GxP guidelines. In addition, he or she has experience in quality control and is a team player.
Tasks & responsibilities:
• Incoming goods, intermediate, final and stability control of BG/E products as well as starting materials, intermediate products and end products
• Evaluation of test results and documentation of analysis results
• Ensuring and documenting in accordance with GxP guidelines
• Preparation of reports and general documents
• Communication, interaction and collaboration with internal interfaces (e.g. BG/E production, quality assurance, purchasing, facility management)
• Review of analysis results and test documentation
• Implementation of SAP transactions
• Participation in laboratory organization and planning as well as maintenance of laboratory routine (e.g. ordering, cleaning, maintenance)
• Introducing team members, participation in the training of QC team members or other employees in SOPs and test methods for which the employee is qualified
• Willingness to help out in other departments with a similar skill set
Must Haves:
• Completed vocational training in a (chemical) laboratory environment
• 1-3 years of professional experience in a laboratory environment required; experience in quality control, physical chemical testing or medical laboratory diagnostics is an advantage
• Strong affinity for precise and accurate work, high quality awareness
• Experience with GxP (especially good documentation practice)
• Fluent German and English (conversational) are required
• Ability to work in a team and strong communication skills, even across team and department boundaries
Nice to Have:
• Experience in chemical quality control with Medical Diagnostics
• SAP knowledge
