- A meaningful and interesting role in the Tax Claims Lifecycle team of Global Tax Operations acting as Tax Claims specialist, covering a wide range of services and obligations related to the offering of tax reclaim, tax relief at source & tax voucher business to different client segments of the bank
- Control and reconciliation activities for the services provided with custodian banks and tax authorities globally will be one of your major functions; handling of varying investigation tasks related to the preparation of tax claims services is also included in your mandate
- Support the implementation of different tax projects in your area and contribute to the development of sustainable solutions for the operational business
- Perform various analysis on essential reporting data and improve the data quality
- Ensure efficient client support as well as communication with internal and external partners in Switzerland and abroad e.g. due diligence visits of Financial Institutions
- Continuously optimizing the processes and tools to further enhance the data quality and process efficiency
- Maintenance of tax regulations and applications
- Opportunity to apply and develop technical, analytical, and conceptual skills in the broad and complex areas of tax to create value for our clients and stakeholders

You Offer
- Bachelor’s degree, apprenticeship in banking and 3 years of experience, or equivalent further education in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration
- A minimum of 3 years practical experience in operations/back office in the financial industry
- Knowledge of Tax Reclaim and operational taxes
- Tax experience in banking, trading/transfers
- Understanding of worldwide custodian concepts
- Understanding of securities master data
- Excellent problem-solving, conceptual, and analytical skills and a can-do attitude
- Proficient user of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills for various stakeholders including management
- Fluency in German and English (written and verbal)
- Dedication to fostering an inclusive culture and value diverse perspectives
