Dein Aufgabengebiet / Your tasks

Als Software-Ingenieur (all genders) entwickelst du die E-Mobility-Plattform weiter, die das Rückgrat der Services von Swisscharge bildet. Die Plattform muss zuverlässig und effizient private und öffentliche Ladevorgänge autorisieren, den Betrieb aus der Ferne ermöglichen, Energieverbrauch optimieren und nahtlose Zahlungsströme sicherstellen. Deine Aufgabe wird es sein, die Skalierbarkeit der Plattform zu verbessern und neue Funktionen für ein besseres Ladeerlebnis zu designen.

• Leitung der Implementierung neuer Funktionen innerhalb des Scrum-Teams in enger Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Entwicklern*innen, Softwarearchitekten*innen und Analysten*innen
• Entwicklung von Microservices, die neue fortschrittliche Funktionen für unsere E-Mobilitätsplattform bieten und verschiedene kundenspezifische Dienste und SaaS-Lösungen von Drittanbietern miteinander verknüpfen
• Sicherstellen, dass die Plattform hohe Qualitäts-, Sicherheits- und Leistungsstandards einhält
• Wartung der Lösung nach modernen DevOps-Verfahren und Bereitstellung von Third-Level-Support
• Mentoring und Anleitung von zwei jüngeren Entwicklern im Rahmen von Best Practices und Initiativen zur Förderung einer Kultur der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung und des Umgangs mit der Datenverarbeitung

As a Software Engineer (all genders), you will further develop the e-mobility platform, the backbone of one of the top 3 EV-charging solutions in Switzerland. The platform needs to reliably and efficiently authorize private and public charging events, enable remote operations, optimize energy loads and ensure seamless payment flows, all of that in a booming and innovative sector for sustainable mobility and energy. Your job will be to improve the platform for scalability and add new features for a better charging experience.

• Lead the implementation of new features within the Scrum team, working closely with other devs, the software architect and analysts
• Develop microservices which offer new advanced features to our e-mobility platform, linking different custom services and third-party SaaS solutions together
• Ensure the platform adheres to high standards of quality, security, and performance
• Maintain the solution according to modern DevOps procedures and offer third-level support,
• Mentor and guide two junior developers within industry best practices and bring initiatives for fostering a culture of continuous improvement and data-focus
  

Dein Profil / Your profile

• Abgeschlossenes Studium in Informatik, Ingenieurwissenschaften, Data Science oder eines verwandten Fachgebiets
• Beherrschen moderner Programmiersprachen (wie Python, JavaScript, C#) und Frameworks für Backend-Entwicklung, Datenmanipulation und Automatisierung
• Erfahrung mit Cloud-Diensten wie Azure, einschliesslich Infrastructure-as-Code und CI/CD-Best Practices
• Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Verwaltung von APIs und Webhooks und Erfahrung mit deren Integration in Softwareanwendungen
• Ausgezeichnete Kommunikations- und Führungsfähigkeiten mit der Fähigkeit, unabhängig und kooperativ in einer Teamumgebung zu arbeiten

• Completed studies in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field
• Proficiency in modern programming languages (such as Python, JavaScript, C#) and frameworks for backend development, data manipulation and automation
• Experience with cloud services such as Azure, including infrastructure-as-code and CI/CD best practices
• Proficiency in API and webhook management and experience in integrating them into software applications
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
