Social Media Coordinator
your MISSIONS
Content Publishing
- Develop, schedule and publish high-quality content across all social media platforms where TAG Heuer is active (e.g. Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest).
- Ensure all posts are aligned with the brand’s tone of voice, aesthetics, and guidelines.
Content Plan Management
- Update and maintain the internal content plan, ensuring it aligns with overall marketing and brand strategy.
- Coordinate with the creative team to develop engaging multimedia content.
Reporting and Analytics
- Track and analyze the performance of social media campaigns using analytics tools
- Prepare and present detailed weekly and monthly reports on key metrics, insights, and recommendations to optimize future campaigns.
Community Management
- Monitor and engage with our online community, responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
- Foster a positive and interactive community atmosphere across all social media platforms.
Weekend Coverage
- Follow and cover sponsoring and ambassador activities (Sport & Motorsports events and Local events) during the weekend to ensure timely and relevant content is published.
Market Relations
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all markets regarding social media content.
- Provide markets with all necessary content, content plans, and approvals for posts.
- Ensure timely and accurate dissemination of information and materials to all relevant markets
Collaboration and Coordination:
- Work closely with the marketing, PR, and creative teams to ensure a coherent approach to brand communication.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to creative ideas for social media campaigns and initiatives.
your PROFILe
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in social media management within the luxury or sport industry.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Proficiency in social media analytics tools (e.g., Sprinklr, Emplifi).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (native or similar proficiency) and French.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for details and aesthetics.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- A passion for the world of sports and motorsports.
