The impact you will have

SMB Representative LATAM plays a crucial role in our sales organization. They will be responsible for working new prospects and existing customers in the SMB business segment in Latin America. You will identify, nurture, prospect, and close opportunities with prospects and customers, manage relationships, ensure renewals, and track customer data. Your expertise will be critical in helping articulate the value of our products, and work with prospects and customers to continue the growth and adoption of our products in Latin America.  Ideally, you have sold technical products before.

• Qualify inbound demand for new opportunities and demonstrate the value of our product in the CI/CD lifecycle
• Manage the entire sales cycle (qualifying > close) in a high-volume/high-velocity commercial business segment
• Help optimize customer acquisition and expansion process through troubleshooting, improving workflow, and proposing new solutions
• Work with customers and prospects in the Small and Medium-sized business range
• Interact with customers over the phone, email, and video conference
• Proactively engage in building, growing, and sharing sales team best practices
• Utilize Salesforce.com to set daily activity and accurately forecast opportunity pipeline
• Leverage tools and sales methodologies to strongly qualify and close new logosProvide exceptional customer service and engagement to find and close expansion opportunities
• Manage expansion sales efforts to grow the spend of SMB accounts in Latin America

• Proven sales success of 2+ years of experience in a B2B sales role, ideally in a SaaS or subscription model
• Focus on building and managing customer relationships
• Experience selling a technical product to a technical buyer
• Proven success in prospecting new business prospects and current customers to identify new growth opportunities
• Expertise in navigating and growing a pipeline in prospect/existing customer accounts and taking a deal from Lead Qualification to Closed Won
• Familiarity in supporting and selling to SMB customers and managing and negotiating software sales deals
• Ability to drive the sales process effectively through phone calls, emails, and virtual and on-site meetings
• Proficiency in communicating with executive-level contacts and delivering value messages based on the persona you are engaging with (bottom/up and top/down approach)
• Salesforce.com expertise; you know it and can’t imagine sales without it
• Customer-Centric focus; We Want Happy Customers
• Language Skills:  English and Spanish (Portuguese would be a plus)

• Strong communication and listening skills: handling objections and taking feedback and coaching.
• Team player interested in seeing the company goals achieved alongside the team and individual goals.
• Self-driven, desire to succeed, hungry, and proactive attitude.

• Experience in Software Development Tooling sales or experience selling into the Development side of IT.
• Experience with selling and closing deals internationally.
