The mission:
- Manage and supervise repair supervisors to ensure daily work aligns with customer specifications.
- Coordinate and execute vessel repair/maintenance projects as directed by the project manager, adhering to scope of work and owner requirements.
- Clarify project scope for supervisors and resolve discrepancies with project and operations management before work begins.
- Facilitate conflict resolution during project execution in collaboration with the project manager.
- Conduct progress meetings and review work schedules with clients, supervisors, and stakeholders.
- Approve and validate subcontractor work in conjunction with QA/QC to ensure project quality.
- Guarantee repair service meets acceptance criteria before vessel release, working closely with QA/QC.
- Maintain budget and schedule adherence, reporting all deviations.
- Secure customer approval for scope changes, including cost and schedule impacts.
- Implement and enforce quality, safety, and security policies and procedures during vessel repairs.
- Foster a high-performance culture emphasizing continuous improvement, learning, and quality.

Your profile:
- Must have a strong point on the organization of the work.
- Must have a “mechanical” back-ground to balance the profiles of the team present at the site.
- Fluent English skills is a must.
- A successful experience in a similar working environment is a big plus.
- Leadership and Management: Proven ability to lead and manage teams effectively, while resolving conflicts and making sound decisions.
- Analytical Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills coupled with the ability to interpret technical drawings to identify and resolve complex issues.
- Communication and Technology: Excellent communication and proficiency in computer applications to foster collaboration and efficiency.
