Als Schichtleiter spielst du eine entscheidende Rolle dabei, unseren Kunden einen erstklassigen Service zu bieten und gleichzeitig dein Team zu inspirieren und zu führen.

Was dich erwartet:

• Du bist der erste Ansprechpartner für dein Team und unterstützt deine Mitarbeitenden durch Anleitung und Förderung ihrer Leistungsfähigkeit
• Du bist verantwortlich für die fachliche und disziplinarische Führung deines Teams und sorgst mit positivem Coaching für die Weiterentwicklung deiner Mitarbeitenden
• Du unterstützt das Management bei verschiedenen Verantwortlichkeiten und stellst sicher, dass unsere Kunden einen World Class Service erhalten.
• Du stellst das einwandfreie Erscheinungsbild des Shops sowie die Einhaltung der Markenvorgaben sicher
• Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für die Organisation und Positionierung des Personals während der Schichten und sorgst für die Durchführung von Shop-Aktivitäten und Werbeaktionen

Was wir von dir erwarten:

• Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung als Einzelhandelsfilialleiter oder in ähnlicher Funktion mit umfangreicher Teamleitungserfahrung. Erfahrung in anderen Branchen, z.B. Gastronomiesektor, ist ebenfalls willkommen.
• Selbstbewusste und empathische Person mit Führungskompetenz in multikulturellen Umgebungen.
• Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit, Schulungen und Coachings durchzuführen.
• Starke Organisationsfähigkeiten und unternehmerischer Blick für eine einheitliche Kundenerfahrung
• Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit, einschließlich Wochenenden und Feiertagen (05:00-23:00).
• Fliessende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, weitere Sprachen von Vorteil.

Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to demonstrate your leadership skills in retail? As a Shift Manager, you will play a crucial role in delivering a first-class service to our customers while inspiring and leading your team.

What you can expect:

• You are the first point of contact for your team and support your employees by guiding and encouraging their performance
• You are responsible for the professional and disciplinary management of your team and ensure the further development of your employees through positive coaching
• You support management with various responsibilities and ensure that our customers receive a world-class service
• You ensure the impeccable appearance of the store and compliance with brand guidelines
• You take responsibility for the organization and positioning of staff during shifts and ensure the implementation of store activities and promotions

What we expect from you:

• At least 3 years' experience as a retail store manager or in a similar role with extensive team management experience. Experience in other sectors, e.g. gastronomy, is also welcome.
• Confident and empathetic person with leadership skills in multicultural environments.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to deliver training and coaching.
• Strong organizational skills and entrepreneurial eye to deliver a consistent customer experience.
• Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and holidays (05:00-23:00).
• Fluency in German and English, other languages an advantage
