IT SERVICE MANAGEMENT LEAD 100% - (all genders)
Your Mission
The IT Service Management Lead is a key role within our Group IT organization responsible for overseeing and optimizing IT service delivery processes. In addition to managing the local IT service desk team and operations, this role will also help drive the implementation of a new ITSM tool. This position plays a pivotal role in ensuring that our IT services meet the needs of our users, optimizing service delivery processes, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The role will report directly to the VP Cloud Engineering, Infra & Ops, you will play a key role in contributing & building our future end user technology space.
Your tasks
- Coordinating interfaces between various IT processes (e.g., service level management, information security management, availability management, etc.)
- Overseeing day-to-day operations related to Request, Incident, Problem, and Change Management
- Acting as the operational owner of all IT systems and processes
- Serving as a single point of contact (SPOC) for IT in the region
- Providing vendor oversight for key IT service vendors
- Developing and maintaining IT Service Continuity Management (ITSCM) processes and plans
- Regularly testing and reviewing ITSCM plans for effectiveness
- Team management (Local IT Service Desk & End User Engineering team)
Your qualifications
- Familiarity with ITIL & Agile frameworks
- ServiceNow – ITSM including process improvement
- M365 products, including Intune
- Team management (Leadership, collaboration, coaching & mentoring)
- Stake holder management
- Fluent English and German in written and spoken (Level B1)
