* Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung von Monitoring-Disziplinen wie Cloud Monitoring, Application Monitoring, Service Monitoring sowie Monitoring von IoT/OT-Devices.
* Übernahme der Stellvertretung im Bereich Infrastruktur-Monitoring.
* Umsetzung von Geschäfts- und Kundenanforderungen in den Monitoring- und ITSM-Plattformen sowie in der CMDB.
* Kontinuierliche Pflege und Optimierung der IaaS-basierten Monitoring-Plattform.
* Verantwortung für das Alarm-Engineering in spezifischen Fachgebieten.
* Mitwirkung an spannenden Projekten im Bereich ICT bei unserem Kunden.
Dein Profil:
* Abgeschlossenes Studium (FH/HF) in Informatik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation mit mehrjähriger Erfahrung im entsprechenden Fachgebiet.
* Fundierte Kenntnisse im Monitoring, in der Automatisierung und im IT Service Management; Erfahrung mit den entsprechenden Tools (z.B. Zabbix und SMAX/UCMDB von Vorteil).
* Ausgeprägte konzeptionelle, beratende und kommunikative Fähigkeiten, um die Bedürfnisse interner ICT-Ansprechpartner zu erkennen und erfolgreich umzusetzen.
* Idealerweise im Besitz von Zertifizierungen wie Zabbix und/oder ITIL.
* Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, insbesondere im technischen Kontext.
