Description and Requirements
We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Software Engineer with a strong focus on video technology, specifically within the Windows Media Foundation Framework. The ideal candidate will lead the design, development, and optimization of video processing software, ensuring top-tier performance and compatibility across a range of applications and devices.

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the overall design and development of video encoding/decoding, video format transition, and real-time transmission
- Collaborate in the design, development, optimization, and maintenance of video streaming for conference call systems
- Deploy the Computer Vision AI Model at the platform of X86+Windows, continuing to optimize and enhance the user experience in conference calls
- Based on UVC Protocol, develop and optimize related drivers
- Research and productize cutting-edge video technologies, including innovative research and breakthroughs in key technologies such as encoding and decoding, network adaptability, and streaming media architecture
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Development experience in Device MFT and familiarity with Windows Media Foundation Framework.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Deep understanding of the transmission efficiency and management of video streams between devices
- Familiar with the YUV/RGB format, UVC protocol, H264/JPEG/MJPEG Encode and Decode.
- Familiar with open-source projects such as ffmpeg, gstreamer.
