Demonstrable previous machine learning projects
Working knowledge of DNN, GMM, HMM
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience
Written and spoken English
Nice-to-have:
CUDA, Emscripten/WebAssembly
Rust (our 3D team develop a Rust product, and we’re thinking about doing the same for the speech engine)
Keras, PyTorch or similar
Previous experience in speech recognition
SIMD and parallel algorithm design
Audio signal processing
Master’s or PhD in a relevant CS, ML or related field
Spoken German and/or French
A collection of old computers, consoles, analogue synthesisers, down-hill mountain bikes, vintage cameras, etc.
