We are hiring a Sr Quality Services Manager to join our team. The Sr Quality Services Manager will ensure the PERS-Global Services team has the standard processes, tools, and training they need to deliver high quality on professional services project commitments. You will also use data-driven solutions to address the standard processes and tools affecting our organization's ability to reach its strategic objectives while tracking on-going execution and delivery of projects. This role impacts approaches, projects and programs in the functional area or affected business organization and ways of working. Impacts quality, efficiency and effectiveness of central quality team and will continue the Quality enablement plan that has been put in place to improve our business metrics. Has significant input into priorities. Guided by professional practices and policies that are shaped by the role. The role has moderate autonomy, requiring high levels of operational judgment.
Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Work closely with project managers and process leaders providing advice and guidance across the regions to ensure compliance with quality standards and continuous development of people and processes. In addition, work with multiple businesses and teams to gather process and system data for integrating into a centralized service management system.
- Developing specialized knowledge in their discipline. Serves as best practice/quality resource. Has awareness of latest technical developments in own area. Contributes towards strategy and policy development, and ensure delivery within area of responsibility.
- Has in-depth knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others; has working knowledge of competition and the factors that differentiate them in the market
- Uses judgment to make decisions or solve complex tasks or problems in areas of operational/product management, quality, technology or engineering. Takes new perspective on existing solutions. Uses technical experience and expertise for data analysis to support recommendations. Uses multiple internal and limited external sources outside of own function to arrive at decisions.
- Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience. May lead small projects with moderate risks and resource requirements. Explains difficult or sensitive information; works to build consensus. Developing persuasion skills required to influence others on topics within field.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in STEM with advanced experience in the Services & Business Operations. Knowledge level is comparable to a Master's degree from an accredited university or college ( or a high school diploma with relevant experience).
- Excellent communication and servant-leadership skills
- Ability to communicate in both English and Spanish
- Effect team building and problem-solving abilities
- Legally able to work in Mexico.
