IT Project Manager Regulatory Project 60% vacancy for our Solothurn based client in the Energy sector.
Your tasks:
- Planning and managing projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring they are on time, within budget, and in scope
- Motivating the team and creating a positive project atmosphere to achieve deliverables
- Developing and managing project communications plans and reporting on project success criteria
- Engaging and managing stakeholders, providing status reports to sponsors, steering committees, and stakeholders
- Handling project changes, risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies
- Ensuring project compliance with standards and processes, and contribute to the PM Community’s guidelines, standards, KPIs, and processes
Your experience/knowledge:
- 8+ years of IT project management experience with a proven track record in leading IT project delivery teams
- Strong experience with multi-system changes and collaboration across many teams, including non-IT
- Experience in the energy and/or trading industry, asset onboarding, flexibility strategies, and asset management is a plus
- Certification in Project management certification such as PMP, Scrum Master and strong knowledge of agile methodologies and tools
- Degree in Engineering or information technology, or equivalent practical experience
- Language skills: English – fluent in written and spoken, additional proficiency in German and/or French is a strong advantage
