Senior Process Engineer
We are an award winning, Swiss company, that is changing the way we recycle plastic. Founded in 2020, we are a team of young, dynamic dedicated entrepreneurs who are committed to solving the plastic problem. Having built and optimised our pilot plant, we are in the process of construction of 500T per year showcase plant. We are also continually innovating, developing and optimising our DePoly process for PET recycling, but also advancing our techniques to recycle other consumer and industrial based plastic wastes. To assist in these ambitious aims, we are looking to expand our team by hiring a Senior Process Engineer.
Your responsibilities:
• Process development and optimisation of chemical recycling systems from inception through to commissioning and start up.
• Pre-commissioning, commissioning and start-up support to operations.
• Upgrading and troubleshooting processes and lead implementation of changes.
• Develop standardized operating instructions for processes to ensure product quality.
• Independently perform process and project activities with general instruction and develop required documents per company standards.
• Guidance, training and mentoring of resources within the Engineering department.
Your profile :
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in chemical engineering, process engineering or related disciplines. • 10+ years of work experience in an industrial environment, or a solid foundation in the technology sector.
• Experience in commissioning and start-up of plants and production lines.
• Experience is process safety is a plus. • Work to deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.
• Ability to work cooperatively and supportively with a broad range of individuals with different levels of education and experience.
• Be fluent in English and have an intermediate knowledge of French.
• Have a Swiss working permit or be eligible to work in Switzerland.
