Senior Payroll Administrator (remote in CH)
On behalf of our client, an international healthcare company based in Switzerland, Swisslinx is looking for a Senior Payroll Administrator. This is a contract for 12 months with a possibility of extension or becoming a permanent employee. This position is responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate completion employee payroll processing for designated countries in EMEA.

- Workload: 100%, remote (you have to be based in Switzerland)
Your mission:
- This position will be in charge of inputting, organizing, updating, changing information in company's payroll systems in addition to preparing of legal requirements for taxes, audits, and other payroll related reporting
- Timely input of all required data to ensure accurate, complete and timely payroll processing
- Update and organize systems to manage payroll information
- Maintain payroll records and files
- Set-up new employee information and accounts
- Assist with onboarding of new employees on payroll information
- First line contact to answer all payroll related questions
- Keep accounts accurate during employee changes and rollovers
- Keep detailed records for taxes and audits (and assist if an audit arises), and assist in creation of monthly reports
- Strict adherence to internal company policies
Your profile:
- At least 2+ years of experience in a multinational payroll environment
- Workday knowledge is a strong advantage, willingness to learn
- Desire to work in a fast paced, changing environment, excellent communication skills combined with cultural sensitivity
- Excellent spoken/written English
- Knowledge of TMF Horizon, Abacus, Excel, Power BI, Concur, Workday
