Senior Marketing and Communications Executive

Come and join our team! We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Marketing and Communications Executive to join our family of talented people in the Pet Trading team, working across our pet portfolio.
Working cross-functionally, you’ll lead the delivery of marketing campaigns and projects to drive loyalty and retention.
Your focus:
Deliver and manage marketing campaigns to existing customers, using multiple channels such as email, SMS and post.
Use data and insight to identify and deliver improvements to customer communications, documentation and journeys in line with the existing customer strategy.
Work collaboratively to ensure changes are made on time and on budget and regulatory requirements have been met.
Lead cross-functional projects as required to optimise the customer experience.
Collate and share regular reporting on campaign performance with internal and external stakeholders.
Support with business-as-usual and ad hoc tasks and projects as required.
Coaching of the Marketing and Communications Executives.
About you
You will have a number of years previous experience working in a professional marketing or communications role.
Experience or knowledge of the pet industry would be an advantage. You will also have a passion for pets!
You will have proven success delivering end-to-end projects working with internal and external stakeholders.
You will be a team player, able to collaborate across multiple teams and projects.
You will be a creative thinker, with strong problem-solving skills.
You will have excellent communication skills with the ability to influence, negotiate or empathise as required.
You will be self-motivated, with a commitment to excellence.
Qualifications:
You will hold or are keen to study towards a professional qualification in marketing (e.g. CIM or IDM).

The role will be based at Allianz Ditton Park, Riding Court Road, Datchet SL3 9LL
.
Our office with flex model means that you will have the opportunity to work from home as well as the office. As a hybrid worker you will be in the office between 2 and 16 days per month depending on individual and business need. This will be discussed at interview stage
