Senior Manager - Operational Excellence

What will you do?
- Analyze client challenges, design and implement effective solutions to bring real-world value to clients.
- Engage and manage key stakeholders to ensure client’s expectations are fully met.
- Manage and enhance relationship with clients, with the objective of positioning the company as a trusted partner.
- Work with Principals in developing new business leads and opportunities to grow the business.
- Proactively identify issues and risks, examine alternatives, and pursue the optimal course of actions to minimize adverse impact and maximize project success.
- Lead and direct junior resources, and oversee the quality of the project delivery.
Who are you?
- You have over 5 years of experience in management consulting with previous exposure to operation excellence.
- You are able to develop new business and to manage complex engagements from end to end.
- You demonstrate deep knowledge in relevant industries or subject matters and are able to leverage it externally.
- You have the ability to manage diverse and remote teams of consultants and guide them to achieve business and client objectives.
- You have excellent communication skills and an entrepreneurial mindset
