Within People Consulting, we are looking for a Senior Manager – Head of Leadership,within the Learning, Leadership and Talent Team, to join either our Geneva, Basel or Zurich offices.
The opportunity
As a member of our Learning, Leadership & Talent Team, you will be working with high profile clients and leaders to identify additional solutions to enable transformation projects and strategically partner with various customers to identify leadership needs and possible solutions for organization, departments and individuals.
Skills and attributes for success
To qualify for this role, you must have:
- Significant consulting firm or sales experience in our focus areas of Leadership assessments, -development and -coaching. Industry experience will be considered as beneficial.
- Experience leading and structuring large scale transformations
- Bachelor or Master degree in relevant topic areas
- Experience of managing a sales pipeline, budgets and understanding of engagement economics
- Ability to demonstrate support for other Leadership or Learning projects
- People and team management experience
- Excellent command of English – French and / or German, plus any additional language, seen as a benefit
Ideally, you’ll also have
- Strong and effective strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with high degree of emotional intelligence and the ability to identify and solve tactical issues involving training across varied regions/divisions
- The ability to excel in dynamic and unconstrained environments framing complex and ambiguous issues
