Senior Manager Digital Marketing 80 - 100%
As a Senior Manager Digital Marketing you will be a strong member of our International Marketing team and support as well as design our digital Marketing future. Join us and work together with a highly dedicated and motivated marketing team!
You key responsibilities
- Establishes, leads and delivers effective and pragmatic digital marketing activities that support the international marketing department and the wider Tillotts organisation incl. build-up, optimiszation and management of digital platforms
- Works closely with the International Brand Strategy team to ensure campaign messaging is being executed across the right digital channels
- Serves as a subject matter expert for digital marketing best practices, internal processes and systems related to digital marketing incl. support for all digital initiatives within Tillotts
- Leading on the identification and management of relevant agencies
- Facilitates continued educational/training opportunities for internal marketing stakeholders and external agency teams
- Represent the company at the interface with external providers and visitors and therefore maintain a highly professional image at all times
- Attend key meetings such as conferences or training events
Who you are
- Degree in marketing and/or further education in this area
- Minimum 5 years of experience in online communication in the pharmaceutical area (proficient in using website content management systems, email building tools, web analytics, Social Media Marketing, SEO/SEA and others)
- Proficient in MS-Office, Powerpoint und Excel incl. experience in working with CRM / CLM systems
- Understand the European pharmaceutical market & landscape, including compliance restrictions across key european countries
- Business fluent in English, speaking German is a plus
- Willingness to travel up to 10%
- Strong team player who demonstrates a very flexible and adaptable approach
- Able to juggle multiple tasks at once and work independently
