Size market target stock level
- Define the safety stock level of the distribution platforms and boutiques worldwide based on past sales and expected evolution
- Consider market feedback, product supply situation and special initiatives.
Define and implement the distribution model of the future
- Take part in the conception of the future distribution model with the different product line of the Maison Cartier
- Analyse current product flows and suggest improvements
- Be involved in the implementation of the tool in Anaplan and PBI
Design, Size and monitor Accessories distribution in the frame of the Cartier Accessories plans
- Take part in the primary reflexion on product scope and client offer in collaboration with central merchandising team
- Make relevant assumptions and size the need for the plan in collaboration with the upstream team
- Identify Bestsellers, make sure the supply arrives on time and alert on potential critical shortages
- Distribute the pieces before and during the plan. Monitor shortages.
Reporting
- Maintain existing reports to follow worldwide stock and shortage situation
- Improve and develop our Dashboards
Project management
- Challenge actual process, methods and tools
- Make required analyses and diagnostics
- Identify action plans
- Implement solutions/ new tools
- Follow project progress and involved the different stakeholder.
YOUR PROFILE
- You hold a master’s degree in Engineering,mathematics, economics, finance, business administration or any equivalent diploma (major in supply chain a plus)
- You have robust analytical skills and you easily analyse and work with Data and Information Systems. You are organized and you are working with accuracy
- Strong Expertise in Excel and experience with Power BI. Programming skills a plus
- You have strong communication skills in French and English;
- Preferably 3 to 5 years working experience in an international company (luxury a plus)
