The opportunity
Our Consulting business offers a broad range of functional and cross-country services dedicated to providing high-value and trusted advice to clients, with a specific focus on business transformation programs in the Financial Services industry.
We are currently looking for a motivated Senior Consultant or a Manager (80-100%) with non-financial and compliance risk management in the banking and/or insurance industries related experience to further strengthen our practice within the Financial Services Consulting – Governance Risk and Controls (GRC) team in Geneva.
The team is part of a global network of risk management specialists working together with most of the largest financial services companies. We support our clients with solutions to identify, assess, steer and monitor non-financial and compliance risks on very diverse topics: Risk and Compliance Digital Transformation, operational risk management, resilience, third party management, AML, internal audit, and many others.
Skills and attributes for success
To qualify for the role you must have
- At least 5 years of prior experience in non-financial and/or compliance risk management in the financial services industry either in an execution or advisory role.
- Fluency in English and French, German a plus
Ideally, you’ll also have
- Experience or knowledge in at least one of the following areas:
- Risk management framework and controls
- Operational risk
- Resilience
- Third party risk management
- Compliance (MIFID II, FinSa, etc.)
- Interest in risk, BCM, digital transformation, IT Risk, compliance and / or internal audit in the financial services industry
- A degree in a business-related field such as business administration, economics, finance or other related area
- Perfect knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Experience in the banking, insurance or consulting industry
- Strong interest in technology
