• Advise clients on strategic transformation projects in a challenging and rapidly changing environment

• Support the identification of ESG aspects and assess impacts on our client's business from a regulatory, risk and reporting perspective

This is what makes you successful

• Master's or Bachelor's degree and strong academic record in Finance, Economics, Non-Financial Reporting, ESG Regulation, Sustainability and Financial Services. At least 2 years of financial services industry and consulting experience, good understanding of key sustainability issues of financial institutions.
• Strong drive to gain experience in the financial services industry and consulting, basic understanding of strategy, business and operating models as well as processes
• Passionate to support the implementation of projects in international environments
• Good understanding of industry trends & challenges in sustainable finance, including related regulatory and reporting requirements
• Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and with people at all levels in an organization
• Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing, in English and German
