We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Performance Manager to join the Flanker Brands team, within Sunrise. The position is reporting into the Senior Director Strategy & Innovation and is responsible for the commercial performance planning and reporting for all the three brands: Yallo, Lebara and Swype. The main focus of the position is consolidating the non-financial forecasts and results, generate business relevant insights, derive opportunities to further improve the performance and create the long-term planning. As a Senior Business Performance Manager, you will work closely with the operational teams for planning the weekly and monthly forecasts, as well as with the Finance and the BI teams, and the Senior management.
- Lead commercial planning and forecasting: analyze end-to-end commercial performance, identify business growth opportunities, create NFI models for yearly budgets and long-term planning, consolidate weekly forecasts, track NFI progress, and moderate weekly performance meetings to monitor targets
- Provide senior management updates by creating and maintaining weekly C-level presentations on commercial performance and underlying drivers. Contribute analytical insights for ExCom deep dives, including trend analysis and ad hoc evaluations of key focus areas
- Lead reporting automation efforts by consolidating reporting requirements from Flanker Brands stakeholders and coordinating with BI. Drive the creation of automated reports and dashboards, ensure key metrics alignment with the Main Brand, and implement necessary corrections and adjustments across all reports and monitoring tools
- Support business cases and promotions validation: Provide the Acquisition team with business case templates to validate the financial sustainability of new offers. Encourage maximizing ROI and serve as a sounding board for decisions on promotions and campaigns
- Bachelor's degree+ in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Telco, service industry or consulting experience - mandatory
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills, highly organized and with a proven understanding of the business
- Sound sense for finance and accounting principles
- Strong communication and presentation skills, backed up by Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders simultaneously, while being a team-player with strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; German is considered a plus
