We are looking for an Innovation Specialist to support our key projects designing innovation tools, training and experiences.

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Application Migration & Strategy
• Assist in the migration of local applications following the IT group strategy through standard solutions.
• Engage with application delivery teams to propose solutions aligned with the IT strategy and Long Range Plan, including budget management.
• Project Leadership
• Lead IT projects involving internal and external parties.
• Participate in the implementation, enhancement, and roll-out of projects to ensure operational requirements are met.
• System & Application Management
• Manage information technology and computer systems, including application support.
• Oversee user administration and support the deployment of new tools.
• Provide business continuity and disaster recovery planning for infrastructure and information systems.
• Stakeholder Engagement
• Manage relationships with stakeholders at local and regional levels, as well as global IT support organizations.
• Engage with local business representatives to shape business requirements and translate them into system enhancements or process changes.
• Operational Support
• Coordinate and monitor technical queries, issues, and incidents; manage escalations with appropriate technology groups.
• Ensure smooth operations, supporting incident resolutions in collaboration with the Service Desk and next level support.
• Provide hands-on support in daily IT operational activities.
• Vendor Management
• Manage IT vendors, including participation in contract negotiations and service agreements.
• Oversee inventory management, including laptops, monitors, and other essential equipment.
• Technical Infrastructure
• Oversee network design and manage system rooms.
• Plan and execute TIS projects, such as 2016 => O365 migration.
• Support urgent cases on a 24x7 basis as needed.

• Educational Background
• Degree in Computer Science, IT-related field, or technical discipline; Master’s degree desirable.
• Language Proficiency
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Experience
• 10+ years of working experience in IT/OT, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry as an IT leader.
• Senior IT professional with technical and process expertise (e.g., ITIL).
• Technical Skills
• Deep understanding of systems and technologies, including hardware, software, networking, and industrial control systems.
• Ability to analyze and troubleshoot issues and implement technical solutions.
• Leadership & Management
• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to develop and communicate objectives, inspire and motivate staff (direct and virtual), and maintain alignment with business strategy and stakeholders.
• Strong business acumen, including industry and process knowledge. Ability to translate business needs into IT/OT requirements.
• Analytical & Strategic Skills
• Exceptional analytical, conceptual, strategic planning, influencing, negotiations, and execution skills.
• Proven stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across all organizational levels.
• Personal Attributes
• Hands-on approach with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Demonstrated leadership in a cross-cultural environment.
