- Lead accountant, overseeing key operational activities that span across various geographies and cover all processes from Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Record to Report etc.
- Implementing new processes and tools, providing guidance to business stakeholders on various financial topics
- Ensuring that the company’s financial reports are accurate and comply with local and group regulations
- Analyzing financial data and preparing accurate financial statements
- Financial Planning and budgeting
- Financial Reporting etc.
- Degree in Business Administration or Accounting or Finance or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards (Swiss GAAP and IFRS) is very important
- Prior experience in Lead Accounting in a HQ of an international company
- Ability to analyze financial data and prepare accurate financial statements
- Experience with financial planning and budgeting
- Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate financial information to management and other stakeholders
- Knowledge of Swiss tax laws and regulations
- Ability to drive process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting
- Fluent in English
- At least an intermediate level in German
- Prior experience with SAP is advantageous
