Senior Account Partner (m/f/d)

As a Senior Account Partner in the field of Human Resources Services, you are responsible for building and maintaining relationships with strategic clients, identifying business opportunities, and selling our services. You will work closely with the Strategic Account Management leadership team and contribute to achieving company goals. With your additional years of experience, you will also be expected to mentor junior team members and lead strategic initiatives.

YOUR TASKS

  • Building and maintaining relationships with strategic clients
  • Engages, collaborates and has solid understanding of the demand of stakeholders (Hays, Clients, Candidates, Suppliers if relevant). Knowing when to do it, how to do it and to whom to address issues in an appropriate manner. Drives continuous improvement strategies and innovation. Helps customers identify and assess obstacles they will need to overcome to achieve the business and/or career outcomes they seek
  • Identifying business opportunities by recognizing prospects and evaluating their position in the industry
  • Offering the complete portfolio of services to potential clients
  • Selling services by establishing contact and developing relationships with potential clients
  • Maintaining long lasting relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance
  • Good understanding of the client relationship, with a good understanding of the client contract (model, scope etc.) & of the contractual KPIs/SLAs
  • Independent in managing the recruitment or functional process cycle, awareness of methods and techniques to support the process. Strives to increase level of performance and formulate continuous improvement initiatives
  • Provides advice on their specific area of expertise to internal stakeholders to ensure the best outcome for the client
  • Maintaining professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, and participating in professional societies

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

  • A bachelor's degree in business administration, Human Resources, or a related field
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM software
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are crucial, including; Objection handling, Active listening and being a Hays ambassador (demonstrates our Hays values)
  • The ability to build and maintain relationships is key in this role
  • Basic negotiation skills are important as you will be selling services to potential clients
  • The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines is vital in a fast-paced business environment
