Your mission
For the Eurovision Song Contest 2025 (ESC), we are looking for a Security Manager Eurovillage and side events from October 2024 to the end of June 2025. As part of the ESC Security team, your tasks will be the following:
- Carry out a full assessment and put in place all the necessary preventive measures to minimise risks and threats;
- Take part in designing the security plan in coordination with the host city - particularly with regard to side events (namely Eurovillage) - with the security/safety service provider(s) and the local authorities;
- Produce and supply technical and operational documents and act as a point of contact for all questions relating to your role;
- Manage and monitor incident reports;
- Build a climate of trust with your colleagues and provide training on the safety measures to adopt;
- Take part in ensuring safety at the event.
Your profile
- An extensive experience in the field of physical security in general and event security in particular
- Good IT skills and project management experience
- Integrity, flexibility, sense of confidentiality and ability to propose solutions
- Excellent team spirit, good communication skills, ability to work with different people in a complex environment
- Spoken and written English. Fluency in French and German would be an advantage. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
