Our client is the global leader in its niche market within the chemical industry. Present worldwide, it manages all its IT operations from its headquarters in Lausanne.
Having used the SAP ERP solution for over 15 years, our client constantly seeks to optimize its use within the group. It is in this context that they have approached us to assist them in their search for a
who will join a team of 10 collaborators with the primary mission of taking on the role of "Subject Matter Expert" for the SAP SD module.
Position based at the company's headquarters, the role has an international dimension, with the proposed solutions being deployed both at the headquarters and in subsidiaries around the world once approved. However, the role does not require extensive travel.
Main responsibilities:
- Propose new solutions for the use of the SAP SD module to improve its daily utilization
- Analyze new user needs and propose innovative solutions to address them
- Work closely with all stakeholders in the IT department to ensure project delivery within deadlines and budgets
- Configure the SAP SD system to implement the defined solutions and participate in testing to ensure that the solutions to be put into production meet user expectations
- Assist users in their daily work when encountering issues with the use of the SAP SD module
Ideal profile:
- Higher education at the Bachelor's/BAC+3 level in IT, logistics, or economic sciences, or significant professional experience
- At least 10 years of professional experience with the SAP SD module, including the Order-to-Cash sub-module
- Experience in implementing new SAP modules
- A good knowledge of Salesforce CRM is an appreciated additional asset
- Strong business analysis skills with a strong problem-solving orientation
- ITIL certification is another asset that can enhance the quality of your application
- Excellent command of the English language (working language). Knowledge of French is an advantage but not mandatory
- Swiss nationality, valid work permit, or European Union citizenship
