The Job
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Salesforce Marketing and Data Cloud Specialist to join our Marketing Technology team. This role will be pivotal in driving our marketing automation, customer data integration, and campaign execution strategies. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Data Cloud (formerly known as Salesforce Customer 360), and the ability to translate marketing requirements into technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and optimize Salesforce Marketing Cloud to meet marketing objectives.
- Integrate Salesforce Data Cloud with various data sources to create a unified customer profile.
- Utilize Salesforce Data Cloud to enhance customer segmentation, targeting, and personalization.
- Work with Data Cloud to drive the CDP strategy
- Develop and manage email marketing campaigns, SMS campaigns, and push notifications.
- Utilize Journey Builder to create and optimize customer journeys and automation workflows.
- Use data analytics to help understand which communication channel is most effective by the different customer segments for each type of message.
- Define and measure KPIs (e.g., marketing emails, PPC, open and click-through rate, unsubscribes, bounce rate, conversion rate, etc.) to measure automation performance.
- Implement and maintain data extensions, segmentation, and personalization.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to define campaign requirements and objectives.
- Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
- Ensure data integrity and consistency across all marketing and customer engagement platforms.
- Collaborate with IT and data teams to design and implement data models, data flows, and data mapping.
What We Are Looking For From You
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Minimum of 1 years of experience working with Salesforce Data Cloud or CDP solutions.
- Proven experience in designing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of data integration, data modeling, and data management.
- Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud tools such as Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Social Studio, and Journey Builder.
- Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud for customer data integration and management.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant Certification is a plus.
- Experience with other CDP platforms is a plus.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, SQL, and AMPscript.
Please note: we're trying to build a great company culture and a cohesive office, which means that this is an in-office opportunity. There will be travel - Stockholm, London, Zurich etc. but when in Budapest this is a 5-days in the office role.
