Salesforce Expert (m/w/d)
We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Expert for our esteemed client in Rotkreuz. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 5 years of CRM experience, with a strong focus on Salesforce.com. This role requires a combination of technical prowess and business acumen to optimize and enhance our client's CRM systems effectively.
- Design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions tailored to meet the business needs of our client.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Customize and configure Salesforce applications, including workflows, dashboards, and reports.
- Provide expert advice on best practices for Salesforce implementation and integration.
- Perform data analysis and migration, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Conduct regular system audits and prepare for Salesforce upgrades.
- Train and support end-users to ensure they effectively utilize Salesforce tools and features.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in CRM, with a primary focus on Salesforce.com.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and components, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Salesforce integrations.
- Proven track record of successful Salesforce implementations and customizations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex CRM solutions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with stakeholders and team members.
- Salesforce certification(s) is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
