Your responsibilities:
* Take over and manage a portfolio of corporate clients, delivering a variety of financial products such as FX solutions (spots, forwards, swaps, etc.), credit, payments, and cash management
* Leverage the company's extensive product offerings to provide clients with top-tier solutions
* Execute FX trades with various liquidity providers across multiple platforms (e.g. Bloomberg)
* Collaborate with the sales team to originate new business opportunities as well as up- and cross-selling on existing portfolio of clients
* Gain deep insights into clients' business environments and strategies to offer the most suitable financial solutions
* Meet and exceed dealer-specific KPIs, including revenue targets, client retention, cross-selling, and expanding client engagement
* Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular meetings and networking
* Generate new business leads by networking with existing clients and seeking referrals
Your profile:
* At least 1-2 years of experience in a client-facing role with FX trading
* Previous experience in a financial institution with a focus on corporate clients
* Native Swiss German and fluent English
* Ability to develop and implement FX strategies based on market feedback
* Strong negotiation and communication skills to build and maintain relationships at senior levels
