- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers

- Operate cash registers and handle financial transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop
- Upsell and promote additional products and services
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in sales or customer service roles
- Knowledge and passion for coffee and coffee-making techniques
