Sales & Marketing Manager (m/w/d) / 80% bis 100%
Celeroton TurboCell is a Swiss based fast-growing technology leader developing and manufacturing high performance turbo compressors for fuel cell systems. The company is based in Volketswil and sells its products worldwide for a broad range of applications including automotive, stationary, marine and aerospace industry.
To support our on-going growth, we are looking to strengthen our sales team.
Your tasks:
- Active acquisition of new customers and expansion of the customer base
- Ownership and further development of our existing customer relationships as well as incoming inquiries
- Structured sales funnel management from leads generation to sales execution
- Customer needs identification, product requirements definition and support in preparation of the product roadmap and definition of new business opportunities
- Preparation of offers, price negotiations and conclusion of contracts
- Definition of product pricing and cost calculations
- Coordinate marketing and communication activities
- Organize and lead our participation at various tradeshows
Our requirements:
- Degree in engineering (ETH/UNI/FH) or comparable education and additional commercial training
- 5+ years professional experience in sales, ideally as a sales manager or key account manager in the automotive sector
- Experience in technical project management/ development for industrial customers
- Knowledge in turbo compressors and/or fuel cell systems is a strong plus
- Strong interpersonal skills, creativity and hands-on mentality
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Fluent in English and German (written and spoken), additional languages are a plus
- Willingness to regularly travel (20-30%) for customer visits and tradeshows
